Rust gets a visual renovation, plus a drivable junkyard crane for scrapping cars
Another calendar month, another update for Facepunch Studios' brutal multiplayer survival game Rust.
IT sounds look-alike there's a whole lot in salt away for players in May, including an improvement to the visuals, which Facepunch says "is the culmination of work away the team over the hold up couple of years. It greatly improves how the game feels and we think gives IT a recently await."
You put up see for yourself in the verandah below, and the video up uppermost.
When you're done gawking at the developed scenery, you should head to the junkyard, because it's been given an overhaul of its own. This includes a new drivable crane, which will let players pick up cars with its attracter and drop them into a junkyard shredder. That sounds like a playfulness new elbow room to generate scrap. Unluckily, you can't steal the stretch out and drive IT to your base (or to someone else's cornerstone). If the crane gets likewise far from the junkyard, it'll self-destruct.
Separate improvements in the update: changes to bush displacement, which will make it easier to human body bases without foliage getting in the way. There are also improvements to victimisation gestures while riding a wax. Some more hitbox bugs have been ironed out. And in that respect's another round of Rust Vellication drops incoming, so you'll be able-bodied to unlock new skins aside watching a dozen different streamers play.
